Individual therapy is a space for you to feel safe and comfortable to learn more about yourself and make the changes you want to make in your life.
During the initial assessment you will have a chance to discuss what you are hoping to get from therapy. Sometimes that goal is clear and other times we can work together to put that into words.
You will also have a chance to talk about the different therapy approaches I offer and what might be the best fit for you.
Most clients prefer weekly sessions although for others 2x weekly might be what's needed particularly at the start of therapy.
